telos GmbH was founded in 1990 by Ursula and Hans Jürgen Volmer. Until today we are a family-owned company, led by the second generation.
During our company history for more than 25 years we developed to a specialised and worldwide operating enterprise in the medical engineering field. Like few in our line of business we develop and produce in Germany and take pride in our quality Made in Germany.

The development team of telos reacts fast and flexible to the needs of the market and the physicians. It is the aim to insure a practical and customer oriented development of innovative products. The close cooperation between physicians, scientists, corporate sale and engineers leads to products, which always match the latest state of the art. In addition we conduct clinical evaluations and studies.
The high quality of the telos products is maintained through long-term know-how of our employees as well as the location of the production facility in Germany with an efficient quality management system. The manufacturing is based upon the highest technical standards. People trust our products, therefore our products have to be reliable at any time. We adapted to that and fulfill more than just the legal requirements. In 1996 telos obtained the first CE-Certificate. Our quality management system complies with the international Norm EN ISO 13485, EN ISO 9001 and the MDD 93/42 EC. This quality shows through the outstanding durability and customer-oriented functionality of our products as well as the reliable pricing policy and our smooth and world-wide service.
